The Complete Application, with all application fees (including late fees), forms and applicable supplementary documentation, must be received by the Utah State Bar no later than close of business on the appropriate filing deadline.  An application is considered received on the date it arrives at the Bar’s offices, not the date it is postmarked.  If the deadline date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday the deadline date will be the first business day thereafter.
