An application for admission based on the transfer of a UBE score can be filed at any time.  However, bear in mind that processing an application takes 4-6 months.

Rules Governing Admission

You should become familiar with the Rules Governing Admission.  Those listed below are particularly relevant to Applicants transferring a UBE score:

Rule 14-701  Provides the definitions of important terms used throughout the Rules.
Rule 14-702(f)  States that the Bar does not have the power to waive the Rules.
Rule 14-703  Lists the qualifications that must be met by all Student Applicants and Foreign Law School Applicants.
Rule 14-704  Lists the qualifications that must be met by all Attorney Applicants.
Rule 14-707  Information on deadlines, the FBI Background Check, and withdrawals.
Rule 14-708   Information on the Character and Fitness standards and process.
Rule 14-712   Lists the qualifications for transferring a UBE score, including time limitations and minimum score.
